A market trader has a continuous finger on the pulse of customer satisfaction. Direct contact with customers is an indicator showing where he is going right and where he went wrong. Such informal feedback is valuable for any company but hard to formulize. Due to the said reason surveys become necessary to measure and track customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction measures how well the expectations of a customer concerning a product or service provided by a company have been met. This helps to analyze the leading indicator of consumer repurchase intensions and loyalty and to find the point of differentiation. It reduces customer chain, it increases customer lifetime value and it reduces negative word of mouth. It is easier to retain current customers than to find new ones. Companies who fail to satisfy their customers are outnumbering the companies who satisfy their customers. There are a number of reasons behind this. Here, customers are sought to know their views on the performance of the company and how it could improvise. This study is about the customer satisfaction of HDPE woven sack with special reference to Winplast Polymer Products Private Limited.
