Abstract :
In December 2019 in Wuhan, China the pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) is a highly contagious disease. The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the current rash as a global public health emergency. Currently, the research on novel coronavirus is immobile in the primary stage. Created on the recent published evidence, In this review systematically summarizes the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of knowledge surrounding COVID-19 also the ayurvedic treatments are placed. In this literature review, the causative agent, pathogenesis and immune responses, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and management of the disease, control and preventions strategies are all reviewed. This review in the anticipation of helping the public effectively recognize and deal with the 2019 novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), also providing a reference for future studies.
