Fig.2 Proposed Research Model
Community Engagement: Partnering with women’s organizations to spread awareness andencourage safe travel
practices.
The proposed research model aims to combine these elements to create a comprehensive, technology-driven transportation
solution tailored specifically for women’s safety. Through extensive research, testing, and user feedback, the final system will
provide a trustworthy and empowering travel experience for women across various demographics.
V. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
The performance evaluation of the proposed women-only cab application with real-time tracking and parental monitoring will
be conducted through a multi-faceted approach to ensure the system's effectiveness, reliability, and user satisfaction. The
evaluation will focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as system accuracy, response time, user experience, security,
and scalability to assess the overall functionality and success of the application.
1. System Accuracy and Reliability
The real-time tracking feature will be tested for precision by comparing GPS location data with actual travel routes to
measure deviations and ensure location accuracy within an acceptable margin of error.
The parental monitoring system will be evaluated based on its ability to provide instant ride status updates, notifications,
and alerts without delays or inaccuracies.
Route deviation detection and geofencing capabilities will be tested to ensure timely alerts when the vehicle moves beyond
predefined safe zones.
2. Response Time Analysis
The emergency response feature, including SOS alerts and communication with trusted contacts, will be assessed for
response time efficiency. The goal will be to ensure that alerts are triggered and delivered within seconds of activation.
The ride-booking system’s speed, including driver assignment, confirmation, and estimated time of arrival (ETA), will be
evaluated to determine its responsiveness and real-time processing capabilities.
Cloud server performance will be monitored to ensure minimal latency in data transmission and synchronization between
users and backend systems.
3. User Experience and Satisfaction
A usability study will be conducted to gather feedback from female passengers and their guardians to assess ease of
navigation, accessibility, and overall satisfaction with the app interface.
Key aspects such as booking convenience, ride safety perception, and communication features will be rated through user
surveys and interviews.
Continuous feedback loops will be integrated to collect and analyze user suggestions for improving the application over
time.
4. Security and Privacy Assessment
The performance evaluation will include penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security
threats and ensure data encryption methods effectively protect user information.
Compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and local cybersecurity guidelines will be reviewed to ensure that
personal data, ride history, and location information are securely managed.
