             The proposed work for WearItRent outlines several strategic initiatives designed to enhance its offerings, address existing
             challenges, and capitalize on emerging trends in the online clothing rental sector. To mitigate logistical challenges, particularly
             regarding turnaround times for garment cleaning and delivery, the platform plans to invest in advanced inventory management
             solutions utilizing data analytics for effective forecasting. Implementing an automated inventory tracking system will enable
             better prediction of peak rental periods, while partnerships with local dry cleaning services will facilitate faster garment
             processing. Furthermore, the expansion of product offerings is essential to meet diverse consumer needs, which includes
             increasing the range of apparel categories, such as activewear and everyday casual wear, and introducing limited edition pieces
             from emerging designers to attract fashion-forward customers.
             In alignment with the rising consumer emphasis on sustainability, WearItRent intends to enhance its sustainability initiatives
             by incorporating more eco-friendly materials and collaborating with brands that prioritize ethical manufacturing practices.
             Initiatives like carbon offset programs for shipping can resonate with environmentally conscious consumers, reinforcing the

             IV.    PROPOSED RESEARCH MODEL
             This research aims to investigate the feasibility and potential impact of "WearItRent," a novel peer-to-peer platform designed to
             connect local fashion retailers with consumers seeking sustainable and affordable clothing options. The study will employ a
             mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. Key areas of investigation will include: (1)
             Platform Development: focusing on user interface/experience design, technical infrastructure, inventory management, and
             payment gateway integration; (2) Pricing Models: exploring various pricing strategies for both consumers and retailers,
             considering factors such as rental duration, garment value, and market demand; (3) Consumer Behavior and Market
             Analysis: investigating consumer attitudes towards clothing rental, identifying key drivers and barriers to adoption, and
             conducting market research to identify potential target audiences; (4) Sustainability Assessment: conducting a Life Cycle
             Assessment (LCA) to evaluate the environmental impact of the "WearItRent" model compared to traditional clothing purchase
             and disposal; (5) Business Model Viability: analyzing the financial feasibility of the platform, considering factors such as
